Our Food Safety Policy Statement

Happy Group Pte Ltd ("Happy Fruits") management recognizes the importance of food safety in our business, particularly at all stages where Happy Fruits performs food sourcing, storage, handling, processing and distribution. Every member in Happy Fruits is committed to be responsible in maintaining quality and food safe in our products to our customers and consumers, complying with statutory and regulatory food safety requirements.

To ensure best practice, our quality management system is in practice and is certified by TÜV SÜD PSB Pte Ltd according to ISO 22000:2018 on 10th August 2023.

We aim to perform regular identification of hazards, determination of critical control points and timely implementation of effective control and monitoring measures.

We will continue to correct on any conformity with regulatory requirements and the agreed customer requirements, communicate, implement and maintain our policy at all level.

We will employ competent staff with trainings, tools and equipment to carry out our tasks in a hygienic and professional manner.

Majority of our sources come from companies with ISO 22000, HACCP, Food Safe or even higher level of certification to ensure the food we serve at your table is of good quality and safe.

This policy has been approved by our Happy Fruits management. It will be reviewed annually and will be released on our company website. We welcome interested parties’ comments on the enforcement of our policy and the policy itself.
