Japan Okinawa Pineapple Jam

The heyday of pineapple is from late June to July on the main island of Okinawa. It is said that about 4% of the pineapples produced in Japan and distributed as perishables are very valuable.

In our 12-month jam series, the jam has a sugar content of 40 degrees and a low sugar content. Pineapples that have been exposed to the sun of Okinawa have a very good balance of sweetness and acidity, and you can feel the refreshing flavor even if you jam.

If you use it in meat dishes so that sweet and sour pork goes well with pineapple, it will be juicy and refreshing, and it will be delicious!
