The gold kiwi used in our 12-month jam is produced in Ehime and Saga prefectures.
Ehime Prefecture is the largest producer of jams in Japan, and JA Toyo Gardening, which is also the production center of jam in January, started cultivation for the first time in Japan, taking advantage of the warm climate and fertile soil conditions in Setouchi.
In our 12-month jam series, taking advantage of the texture of gold kiwi, the crushed seeds are kept as they are, and the jam is finished with the flavor of gold kiwi beautifully and deliciousness.
